March until June - Due to Covid-19 the team focuses on individual strength and endurance training
July - Rowing under load / resistance
September - RYA courses are taken in England (Essential Navigation & Seamanship, RYA Sea Survival, RYA First Aid at Sea, Short Range Radio Licence and the Ocean Rowing Course certificate, additional 1 day Ozeanrowing course with Ian Couch)
September – Round Lac Leman (160‘000m)
November - 24h rowing around the lake of Hallwil

End October - The boat is shipped to the starting line in La Gomera (Spain)
2 December - Team SWISS RAW travels to La Gomera and makes final preparations for the race
12 December - Official start of the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge 2021 race
January 2022 - The team arrives in Antigua (Caribbean) after rowing 5000km
