An ocean crossing in a rowing boat requires extreme physical and mental strength as well as excellent teamwork. With three years of preparation, we managed to go from "non-rowers" to winners of the toughest rowing race in the world (and raised 20k CHF for the Swiss children's charity "Kovive"). The four of us locked in an 8-metre rowing boat, no contact with the outside world, astronaut food every day and exposed to the unbridled force of nature of the Atlantic - we learnt and experienced a lot in the process.

We are happy to share our experience with you through presentations and coaching sessions. The team has already given presentations to audiences of up to 800 people at home and abroad. References are available on request.
